Ordering & Delivery
Four to six weeks from the day you place the order. That covers sourcing the cloth, cutting, sewing, the quality check, and shipping.
Every suit includes the cloth, full construction, lining, buttons, and shipping. Monogramming and special details are included when Kyle approves the design.
Yes. Write to us and we will set up a surprise fitting together.
Submit your design. Kyle is in touch within 24 hours to confirm the details and invoice you directly.
Measurements
The quiz reads your height, weight, body shape, and fit preference, and lands within 65 to 80 percent accuracy. For the closest result, use the camera measurement or enter your measurements by hand.
Yes. Any local tailor can measure you. Enter the numbers by hand in our tool — we provide a measurement guide for the tailor to follow.
Update them anytime in your account. If an order is already placed and the numbers need to move, contact us within 48 hours.
Fit & Alterations
The Perfect Fit Guarantee covers it. If the suit needs adjusting within 30 days of delivery, we cover the cost of alterations at a local tailor — or you ship it back to us.
Yes. Minor alterations within 30 days are complimentary. After that, we alter at competitive rates.
Each suit is cut to your measurements, so we cannot accept returns. The Perfect Fit Guarantee stands in their place — the fit gets finished.
Cloth & Care
Mills in Italy and England. The collection runs Super 100s to 150s wool, cashmere blends, wool-silk blends, and linens.
Yes. Contact us and we mail physical swatches of any cloth you are considering, free of charge.
Professional dry cleaning only. Hang it on a quality wooden hanger, brush after each wear, and give the cloth 24 hours between wears to recover.
